What’s the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?
Standard is our maintenance sparkle — general dusting, floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and tidy touches. Deep adds baseboards, trim/switches, cabinet fronts, vents/light fixtures (reachable), and a full scrub of tubs/showers to remove buildup.
How do I book a cleaning?
Tap Book Now to request your date/time. New clients get a complimentary walk-through or fast photo/video quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! As long as we have access (key, lockbox, door/garage code, etc.). We’ll text on arrival and when we’re done.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit/credit, cash, and popular cashless options. We’ll include payment details in your confirmation.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes—please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We always try to reschedule first.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Absolutely. We bring pro-grade tools and eco/pet-safe products. Tell us if you have sensitivities and we’ll adjust.
Are you pet-friendly?
We love pets (hi, Arya 🐶)! Please let us know ahead so we can plan for gates, crates, or best-friend greetings.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on size and condition. Most standard cleanings take 2–3 hours; deep cleans and move-outs can take longer.
Can I request specific areas to be cleaned?
Yes! We build a personalized checklist for every visit. Add-ons (ovens, fridges, windows, extra baths) can be included in your estimate.
What’s not included?
Heavy lifting, high/unsafe ladder work, biohazards, pest infestations, paint removal, and post-construction debris. If you’re unsure—ask and we’ll guide you.
